Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PayThePeople website, apps, community and services (together, the "Service"), operated by PayThePeople Pty Ltd ("PayThePeople", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & responsible gambling

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to access wagering-related information and services in your jurisdiction. Gambling can be addictive and involves financial risk. If you or someone you know needs help, contact the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858 or visit gambleaware.gov.au. Please gamble responsibly and only stake what you can afford to lose.

2. What we provide

PayThePeople is an information, education and tools membership. We provide sports betting tips, matched-betting and bonus-conversion guides, arbitrage, expected-value and middles alerts, calculators, a tracker and a members' community. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept, place, facilitate or hold bets or funds, and we do not provide financial product advice. All content is general information only and does not take your personal circumstances into account.

3. No guarantee of profit

Betting outcomes are uncertain and losses are possible. We do not guarantee any winnings, profit, return or particular result from using the Service. Odds, bonuses and market conditions change constantly and may differ from what is shown. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any decision you make, and any bet you place with a third-party bookmaker, is made solely at your own risk and discretion.

4. Membership & billing

  • We offer a free plan and paid plans (Basic and Pro). Paid plans are charged at sign-up for the plan you choose; the free plan requires no payment.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You authorise us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from your Account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice of any change before it applies to you.

5. Refunds

Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used periods. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, resell or redistribute our content, tips or alerts; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the Service; share your account; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Third-party services & links

The Service links to and references third-party bookmakers and other services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, offers, odds, terms or availability. Some links may be affiliate links from which we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Your dealings with any third party are between you and that third party.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to PayThePeople and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use while your membership is active.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayThePeople is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any betting losses, loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the relevant claim. This clause does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we cease operating the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which PayThePeople Pty Ltd is registered, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
